The Beatrice: The lobby is set in an atrium space formed by the connection to adjacent office building and highlights Providence’s historic beauty while introducing modern design elements. A street-level restaurant engages the lobby and activates the arrival experience.
249 Thayer: A magnet for quirky shops and pedestrian-centric eateries targeting the college crowds of Brown University and nearby RI School of Design (RISD), Thayer Street is now anchored by this new four story structure.
