On July 10, the Consulate General of India in Seattle, in collaboration with APEDA, hosted the vibrant “Flavors of Indian Mangoes” event to promote Indian mango exports. Organized as a part of India’s trade promotion and market access efforts, the event offered a curated mango-tasting experience for leading importers and select media from Seattle. Attendees enjoyed five celebrated Indian mango varieties — Dussehri, Chausa, Langra, Mallika, and Totapuri — each known for its unique aroma, texture, and taste. The initiative aimed to strengthen India–U.S. agri-trade ties and spotlight India's diverse fruit heritage.
