Carter describes his daily routine as a stark contrast to his former corporate lifestyle. Mornings begin at sunrise, with feedings, grooming, and training sessions. Instead of emails and board meetings, his schedule is filled with horseback rides, caring for foals, and working with skilled trainers to ensure the horses thrive.
"It’s incredibly rewarding to watch a young horse develop, to see them gain confidence and strength," Carter says. "There’s a kind of leadership involved in working with them, but it’s a different, more personal challenge."
