〔記者蔡政珉／苗栗報導〕苗栗縣通霄鎮建順煉鋼廠，17日發生工安意外，60歲余姓工人操作天台車將電爐區中的爐渣鉤往一旁爐渣區時，整個人不慎跌落電爐中，當下因高溫無法立刻移置遺骸，19日深夜警方待電爐冷卻後，發現余男遺體因高溫被燒得僅剩骨灰，勞動部中區職業安全衛生中心將全案移送苗栗地檢署偵辦。 勞動部中區職業安全衛生中心表示，獲報後到場檢查，發現死者作業區域屬於高風險地帶，且操作時須於電爐區的開口將爐渣撈起，必須配戴避免工人掉落的安全帶等設備，但余男獨自作業，沒有安全配備，目前已先勒令該作業區域停工，並要求改善。 通霄警分局偵查隊鑑識人員據報到場勘驗，發現電爐溫度超過攝氏一千度，且廠方無合適器具將遺體撈出；因骨頭仍在高溫電爐中，等到昨天深夜電爐冷卻，但是僅剩骨灰，可能連提取DNA都有困難。 目前該作業區域停工，若廠方要復工，則必須向勞動部中區職業安全衛生中心提交復工改善計畫書，該中心也會派員至現場勘查工區安全是否已經改善。 https://tw.news.yahoo.com/%E5%BB%BA%E9%A0%86%E7%85%89%E9%8B%BC%E7%B6%A0%E8%89%B2%E8%BD%89%E5%9E%8B-
