Long Georgian hallway, three flights of stairs, and a steady stream of language students through the door. The hallway had become the most-used room and the least-loved. The rattan sideboard from DHS in oak gave the space a centre. Keys live in the top drawer, post in the second, the students' welcome packs on top. People stop and notice it on the way through.
