In the lightless trenches where the ocean floor swallows ships whole, Abyssmaw prowls- a nightmare born of drowned wolves and ravenous orcas. Abyssmaw’s jaws can shear through bone like driftwood, and its slick, coiling tail smashes skulls against jagged coral. Schools of fish flee not just in fear, but because they’ve learned the scent of blood that follows its passing. Legends whisper that Abyssmaw takes pleasure in the kill. It drags creatures alive into the darkness, tearing them apart piece by piece, savoring their screams as bubbles rise and burst silently in the crushing depths. Even other predators give it wide berth, for it hunts not for hunger, but for the sheer joy of bloodletting. Sunken ships mark its territory, their decks slick with the remains of sailors who thought themselves safe above the waves...until Abyssmaw’s glowing eyes emerged from below..
